Initial Ayurvedic Consultation

Our comprehensive consultations are essential on your path to optimal health and wellness.The Ayurvedic sage, will sit with you one on one and assess your bodies physiology and imbalances. She will spend 60-90 minutes with you doing a pulse diagnosis, evaluating your nails and tongue, as well as reviewing your current lifestyle habits and diet. Upon evaluation, she will recommend foods to favor/avoid, lifestyle upgrades, breathing techniques, yoga poses, and other methods to achieve balance. A list of routines that are tailored to bring your body and mind into perfect balance.

A virtual consultation option is offered for long distance, where we would meet over zoom, google hangouts, Whats app, or Facetime.

Follow Up Ayurvedic Consultation

Follow up on your Ayurvedic healing progress by scheduling a Follow Up Consultation with an Ayurvedic sage. This  will be a 30-35 minute assessment  that will allow for any adjustments, questions, concerns,  suggestions that  best ensure you that your dosha's maintain optimal balance for your body's physiology.
